Even better, our enhanced IQMS software enables us to precisely monitor and schedule mold maintenance and history to ensure consistency and operational agility.

CONSISTENT, REPUTABLE PRODUCTION

We embrace a design of experiments (DOE) approach to sustain a repeatable production process that ensures CONSISTENCY and REPUTABILITY. On top of this, all tools contracted through AMA include both an onsite and offshore TOOL LIFE WARRANTY.

PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE

Repair and maintenance staff works tirelessly to ensure every mold within our facility is maintained in OPTIMAL RUNNING CONDITION. Meanwhile, AMA maintenance specialists work closely with customers’ engineers to recognize and mitigate even the smallest problems before they occur.

DECOUPLED MOLDING

A golden standard for molding, this processing technique isolates the fill, pack and hold stages of the process to effectively separate speed from pressure.

This systematic approach allows all technical personnel to process the SAME WAY EVERY TIME, eliminating erroneous guess work. Decoupled molding capitalizes on the full capability of machines while simplifying documentation, enabling large shifts to be performed in plastics viscosity as supplied by all material manufacturers.
